WAC Market Excellence Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven senior manager to lead innovation, loyalty and sales excellence initiatives across the WAC region. Reporting to the WAC Commercial Director, you will act as a centre of excellence and key business partner to accelerate growth and improve commercial effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end New Product Development pipeline, turning consumer insights into commercial propositions and managing the innovation roadmap.
• Design and implement customer loyalty programmes, using data analytics to identify churn risks and optimise retention.
• Define and continuously improve Route‑to‑Market strategies, establishing KPI frameworks and profitability models.
• Drive commercial transformation by overseeing tools and systems such as SFA, CRM, DMS, reporting and routing solutions.
• Support the development of best‑in‑class sales capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, business development, sales excellence or transformation roles.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale commercial transformation or go‑to‑market projects.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
