WAC Omnichannel Commercial Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Omnichannel Commercial Manager to drive commercial excellence through digital transformation across the WAC region. You will lead the development and deployment of omnichannel capabilities, integrating digital channels with traditional route‑to‑market models to fuel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the omnichannel strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead digital commercial transformation, deploying eB2B platforms, super‑app solutions, telesales, WhatsApp ordering, marketplaces, CRM and sales force automation tools.
• Define and monitor key omnichannel KPIs, driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Champion adoption of new digital tools, support capability‑building initiatives and coordinate activation campaigns.
• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of omnichannel platforms ensuring a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• 8+ years experience in commercial, omnichannel, CRM/SFA or digital commerce, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of route‑to‑market and field sales operations.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional transformation projects and influencing stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English; additional French, Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Experience with eB2B solutions.
• Familiarity with telesales environments.
• Understanding of digital commerce ecosystems.
