WAC RTM Coordinator - Import & Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded, and execution‑focused RTM Coordinator to support the deployment of Route‑to‑Market and Omnichannel initiatives across Import & Hybrid markets within the WAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of RTM and Omnichannel initiatives, coordinating digital commercial channels such as eB2B platforms, telesales, WhatsApp ordering, marketplaces, CRM and SFA tools.
• Partner with commercial, field sales, operations, distributors and external vendors to manage governance, action tracking and execution follow‑up.
• Track RTM and Omnichannel KPIs, prepare dashboards and performance reports, and identify gaps for corrective actions.
• Support onboarding, training, activation campaigns and collect feedback to improve adoption and user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, Route‑to‑Market, sales operations, CRM/SFA or digital commercial environments, preferably FMCG.
• Strong understanding of distributor‑based business models and field sales execution.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM/SFA systems and digital commerce platforms.
