About the role
The Warehouse Executive/Officer supports the Warehouse In‑charge in daily operations, supervising loading, off‑loading and ensuring accurate stock handling.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to warehouse SOPs and FEFO principles for outbound movements.
- Maintain high item‑level stock accuracy, monitor expiries, and prevent mix‑ups of damaged or expired stock.
- Supervise loading/unloading, manage dispatch and receiving errors, and oversee customer stock returns.
- Control pilferage, damage, and proper stacking/retrieval of goods.
- Assist with audits, warehouse visits, and continuous process‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- HND or equivalent qualification with 3‑5 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Professional, high‑integrity, team‑player attitude with strong time‑management and customer‑service focus.
