Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our finished‑goods warehouse. The role oversees receiving, shipping, inventory accounting, planning coordination and a team of over 50 staff, ensuring smooth, 24‑hour operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the warehouse including receiving, shipping, system accounting, planning and team supervision.
• Conduct daily 6S inspections and provide training, guidance and assessment to warehouse administrators.
• Coordinate with internal forklift, receiving, shipping and data teams to execute daily work plans.
• Liaise with import/export, HR, security, production workshops, transportation and planning departments.
• Analyse abnormalities, develop solutions and implement corrective actions as part of core management.
• Identify, report and resolve problems proactively, working across shifts (12‑hour day/night schedule).

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse management within large factories or companies.
• Experience leading a team of at least 50 employees and motivating frontline staff.
• Ability to work shift system, including 12‑hour day and night shifts.
• Strong adherence to company procedures and ability to develop work plans and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with multi‑warehouse and multi‑storage area management, resource allocation and workload analysis.
