About the role
The Warehouse Officer is a front‑line supervisory position reporting to the Warehouse In‑charge. The role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety and compliance with SOPs.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise loading, off‑loading, and other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain high stock accuracy at item level and ensure proper handling of expiries, damaged and returned stock.
- Verify documentation for inbound and outbound movements and enforce FEFO principles.
- Monitor and control pilferage, damage and proper stacking, using manual methods or forklift.
- Assist in audit preparation, housekeeping and implementation of process‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- HND qualification with 3‑5 years relevant warehouse experience.
- Professional attitude, high integrity, strong time‑management and customer‑service orientation.
- Team player who can take ownership of dispatch and receiving errors.
