Warehouse Specialist – Manage Inventory & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage our Accra and Tema facilities, ensuring accurate inventory control and smooth flow of goods. The role involves coordinating receiving, shipping, and storage activities while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the warehouse layout, label items and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, pack, ship and unpack products efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Oversee receiving, identification, dispatch and quality assurance of goods before delivery.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, trigger timely stock replenishment and report any discrepancies.
• Prepare, process and file all documentation related to warehouse operations.
• Identify operational improvement areas and implement revised procedures and best practices.
• Supervise casual workers, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety procedures.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Strong organisational and inventory‑management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory control practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems.
