Zonal Sales Manager

About the role

Avnash Industries Ghana Limited, a diversified producer of edible oil, soap and rice, is seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales activities within a designated zone. The role focuses on expanding market presence, driving revenue growth and aligning with the company’s vision of local value‑chain capture, supply‑chain integration and indigenous talent cultivation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the zone.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product penetration across edible oil, soap and rice lines.
• Maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers and partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.
• Plan, forecast and report on sales performance, costs and overall business results.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives.

Required profile

• First‑degree university qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in the food‑processing or consumer‑goods sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales activities and achieve targets.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
