About the role
Avnash Industries Ghana Limited is seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales activities across the Accra and Tema regions. The role focuses on expanding market share for the company’s edible oil, soap and rice product lines while aligning with its mission of local value‑chain capture.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue in the assigned zone.
- Plan, forecast and report on sales performance, costs and business metrics.
- Collaborate with supply‑chain and production teams to ensure product availability.
Required profile
- First‑degree university qualification.
- Minimum five years of proven sales experience, preferably in the food‑stuffs sector.
- Senior‑level professional with strong analytical and planning abilities.
