French Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional support to both French‑ and English‑speaking customers. You will act as a vital link between our clients and the company, ensuring inquiries are answered promptly, issues are resolved efficiently, and overall satisfaction is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Process orders, proforma invoices, export documents, returns, and service requests.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on open concerns to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve defined performance and satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
