About the role
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) is key for managing the implementation of the portfolio, as well as for learning and result measurement strategies to inform implementation and explore new opportunities. The MEL Specialist based in Ghana is responsible for overseeing the MEL strategy.
