About the role
The People and Culture Specialist will lead and deliver day‑to‑day HR services for the Ghana Country Office. The role ensures that all activities align with organisational People & Culture strategies, policies, standards and Ghanaian labour regulations. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Country Director, senior management and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of daily People & Culture services within the Ghana office.
- Ensure HR practices comply with organisational policies and Ghana labour and employment requirements.
- Advise and support the Country Director, senior management team, managers and employees on HR matters.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture Business Partner and the global People & Culture team.
- Receive functional guidance from relevant global People & Culture colleagues.
Required profile
- Proven experience in delivering HR services or similar functions.
- Good understanding of Ghanaian labour and employment regulations.
- Ability to provide strategic advice to senior management.
