Sales & Marketing Representative – Spintex

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Representative will join our team in Spintex to drive customer engagement, deliver top‑class service and support the growth of our sales pipeline. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on both selling and marketing activities while also providing training to internal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Execute sales activities, including prospecting, presentations and closing deals.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Residency in or around Spintex.
• Knowledge of the maritime industry is a plus.
