About the role
We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee our security team in Koforidua/Cape Coast. The role involves ensuring safety, managing personnel, and responding to emergencies. The successful candidate will coordinate patrols, prepare reports, and liaise with clients to ensure compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel on duty.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and client instructions.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain safety and security.
- Prepare daily reports and submit to management.
- Handle emergencies and ensure quick resolution.
- Liaise with clients and management for effective service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum of SHS/WASSCE Certificate.
- At least 2 years experience as a security supervisor in a reputable security company.
- Must be between 25 – 45 years.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work flexible hours and under pressure.
