Youth Pastor – Full‑time Ministry Role

About the role

The Youth Pastor will serve full‑time on‑site at the Ordinary People School of the Prophets in Winneba, leading the youth ministry and fostering spiritual growth among students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and conduct age‑appropriate Bible studies and discipleship programs.
• Mentor and counsel young people, providing pastoral care for them and their families.
• Organise youth services, events and community‑involvement activities.
• Prepare and deliver teachings that align with Apostolic and Prophetic ministry values.
• Collaborate with school leadership to integrate youth initiatives into the broader curriculum.
• Build strong, safe, and inclusive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.

Required profile

• Strong competence in Bible study and the ability to interpret Scripture clearly.
• Proven experience in youth ministry, discipleship, small‑group leadership and program development.
• Pastoral skills including spiritual guidance, counseling and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage youth, staff and parents.
• Maturity of character, consistent personal faith practice and alignment with Apostolic‑Prophetic values.
• Relevant theological or ministry‑related education or certification is highly beneficial.
