Admin Supervisor

About the role

The Admin Supervisor will lead the company’s communication efforts, ensuring a positive public image and effective information flow both internally and externally. This role acts as the main liaison for partners, community representatives, and media contacts, supporting the organization’s strategic initiatives. The supervisor will also ensure consistency of messaging across all channels and assist in crisis communication when required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a positive public image through strategic communication plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including partners, community representatives, and media.
• Draft, edit, and disseminate corporate communications such as press releases, announcements, internal memos, and official correspondence.
• Coordinate company events, site visits, and stakeholder engagements related to ongoing projects.
• Manage internal communication channels to keep staff informed about company initiatives and developments.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all communication platforms.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular insights to senior management.
• Support crisis communication efforts and prepare response materials as needed.
