Agency Compensation Executive

About the role

The Agency Compensation Executive leads the design, implementation and governance of remuneration frameworks for Prudential's agency network. This role ensures that commission structures and incentive programs are competitive, aligned with business strategy, and drive agent productivity, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and regularly review agency commission structures and incentive schemes across product lines.
• Monitor industry trends, benchmark against competitors, and recommend enhancements.
• Plan, launch and manage ad‑hoc and periodic incentive campaigns, creating clear mechanics and communication materials.
• Track agent performance against KPIs, automate reporting, and maintain dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Model and forecast incentive costs, ensure accurate payout calculations, and reconcile with Finance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, IT and Analytics teams, providing data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compensation design, incentive planning and performance analytics.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and budgeting for incentive programs.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
