BTL & Events Officer

About the role

The BTL & Events Officer will plan, execute and monitor below‑the‑line (BTL) and outdoor activations across Ghana. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are delivered on time, within budget and meet brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly rollout plans, schedules and budget allocations for nationwide BTL and outdoor activations.
• Plan and execute BTL activations according to approved schedules, securing all necessary permits.
• Coordinate logistics deployments for each activation, including transportation and merchandising materials.
• Monitor performance, report results and provide recommendations on logistics and merchandising.
• Develop best‑practice tools for activation execution and management.
• Define activation objectives, track milestones and ensure quality control.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to guarantee successful and timely delivery.
• Track ROI and compile success metrics for each BTL event.
• Support ATL and TATL campaigns and assist with company events and sponsorship activities.

Required profile

• HND or first degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Completed national service.
• Residence in Accra or willingness to relocate.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably with field exposure.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in a local language (e.g., Twi, Ga, Fante).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
