Partner & Communications Lead – Equity & Profit Share

About the role

We are an established 3D production and animation studio seeking a strategic partner to become the voice of the business. As the communications lead you will shape our narrative, manage client relationships and drive growth while sharing in the studio’s equity and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Gatekeeping & Vetting: Manage incoming inquiries for commissions, training programs, and partnerships, ensuring only high‑value opportunities are pursued.
• Studio Positioning: Craft and disseminate the studio’s narrative, sharing student success milestones, project launches and updates to keep the brand visible.
• Outreach & Growth: Identify, pitch and secure corporate clients, event organizers and platforms for new project briefs and speaking opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who writes beautifully, speaks articulately and can command a room or email thread with professionalism.
• Business‑oriented mindset, treating the role as ownership and linking income to studio growth.
• Highly organized, able to set boundaries, manage schedules and protect the creative team from operational chaos.
• Interest or background in 3D animation, digital art or creative technology is a plus.
