Business Development Officer

About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Blue Financial Services Ghana Limited. Working closely with the Business Development Team Lead, you will identify market opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and promote the company’s financial products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify opportunities in new and existing markets.
• Implement sales strategies to meet agreed targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Present pitches and product presentations to potential clients.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Run outbound campaigns including field visits, calls and emails.
• Provide excellent customer service through regular follow‑up.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with current and new clients.

Required profile

• HND or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in business development, direct sales or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
• Good understanding of the company’s financial products.
