End-to-End Project Manager – Beverage Processing

About the role

Nestlé Ghana Limited is looking for an End-to-End Project Manager to lead the beverage processing value chain from raw material intake to finished‑goods dispatch. The role sits at the heart of the manufacturing operation, driving performance, safety, quality, cost and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete manufacturing value stream, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost and service targets.
• Champion Total Performance Management (TPM), Lean methodologies and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Standardise and optimise production processes, systems and controls for efficiency and consistency.
• Coach and empower cross‑functional teams, fostering inclusion, collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Engineering to deliver integrated business outcomes.
• Use data‑driven decision making and digital tools to enhance operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor departmental talent to build capability and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Processing, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end manufacturing processes and value chains.
• Proven commercial acumen, execution excellence and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Resilient, agile, with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
