Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will lead the financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting function for West Africa. This role ensures high‑quality, timely financial information that supports strategic decision‑making across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the West Africa CBU.
• Prepare and present performance reports that highlight risks, opportunities and variances.
• Strengthen financial performance management by providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Promote and develop strong FP&A capabilities within the business unit.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align financial targets with business objectives.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or finance, preferably in a multinational or regional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across several countries.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
