About the role

Kebitey International School is seeking a dedicated full‑time teacher to join its campus in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The role involves creating dynamic lessons, assessing student progress, and nurturing an inclusive classroom environment that aligns with the school’s mission of holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans across assigned subjects.
• Assess and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student success.
• Integrate appropriate technology and modern teaching tools to enhance learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching or educational experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Empathy, passion for learning, and ability to motivate students.

Required skills

• Proficiency in lesson planning and teaching methodologies.
• Ability to support individual learning needs and growth.
• Knowledge of integrating technology into classroom instruction (a plus).
