About the role

IPMC College of Technology is seeking qualified individuals to join its academic staff as lecturers. The positions are based in Accra and cover a range of subject areas, offering the opportunity to contribute to higher‑education teaching and learning.

Key responsibilities

Deliver lectures and tutorials for assigned courses.
Prepare teaching materials and assess student performance.
Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings.

Required profile

Minimum of a Master’s degree (or MPhil) in one of the following fields: Communication (English & French), Computer Science / Information Technology, Project Management, Mathematics and Statistics.
At least two years of proven experience in a lecturing or teaching role.
Strong command of English; French proficiency required for Communication discipline.
