Graphic Designer – Full‑time, On‑site in Accra

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Accra office full‑time. You will be responsible for producing visual assets that support our brand across digital and print channels, helping to make our services trustworthy and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for marketing materials, social media, presentations and product interfaces.
• Develop and maintain logos, branding elements and visual identity systems.
• Choose typography, refine layouts and prepare production‑ready files.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into effective designs.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design background with a portfolio of recent digital and print work.
• Experience in logo design and brand identity development.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for on‑site collaboration.
• Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
