Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Accra. The role involves producing visual assets for both digital and print channels while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, digital ads, email newsletters, website banners, brochures, flyers, packaging, event signage and other promotional materials.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, guaranteeing visual consistency.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters and product marketing managers to translate briefs into compelling designs.
• Apply clean grid systems, hierarchy, colour theory and typography to structure complex information.
• Prepare final files for web performance or commercial print, managing CMYK profiles, bleed, die‑lines and high‑resolution PDFs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum three years of professional design experience (mid‑level).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, branding and visual communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
