Lecturer Positions – Multiple Disciplines

About the role

IPMC College of Technology is seeking qualified individuals to join its academic staff as lecturers. The positions are based in Accra and cover a range of subject areas, offering the opportunity to contribute to higher‑education teaching and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and tutorials for assigned courses.
• Prepare teaching materials and assess student performance.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Master’s degree (or MPhil) in one of the following fields: Communication (English & French), Computer Science / Information Technology, Project Management, Mathematics and Statistics.
• At least two years of proven experience in a lecturing or teaching role.
• Strong command of English; French proficiency required for Communication discipline.
