About the role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for a retail business. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, generating new business leads, and overseeing a team of marketing professionals to meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the marketing and merchandising planning process.
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage multi‑channel campaigns including digital, social media, email, TV and traditional media.
- Brainstorm and create innovative marketing concepts.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer habits and trends.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities with product teams.
- Maintain the promotional calendar and liaise with external vendors.
- Collaborate with agencies, partners and internal teams to boost brand awareness.
- Analyze marketing data, KPIs and ROI to measure campaign performance.
- Develop and monitor marketing budgets.
- Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Previous experience in the retail sector.
- Strong people‑management and human‑relations skills.
- Proven expertise in marketing, digital marketing, branding and merchandising.
- Experience planning and executing promotional campaigns and events.
