About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for a retail business. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, generating new business leads, and overseeing a team of marketing professionals to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the marketing and merchandising planning process.
• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns including digital, social media, email, TV and traditional media.
• Brainstorm and create innovative marketing concepts.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer habits and trends.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional activities with product teams.
• Maintain the promotional calendar and liaise with external vendors.
• Collaborate with agencies, partners and internal teams to boost brand awareness.
• Analyze marketing data, KPIs and ROI to measure campaign performance.
• Develop and monitor marketing budgets.
• Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Previous experience in the retail sector.
• Strong people‑management and human‑relations skills.
• Proven expertise in marketing, digital marketing, branding and merchandising.
• Experience planning and executing promotional campaigns and events.
