Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. The role will develop engaging content, run social media campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to showcase our products, culture, and achievements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and publish content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create text, image and video posts that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor trends, track engagement and analyse campaign performance to optimise reach.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR and Production to source news, updates and success stories.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture an online community.
• Support the design and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely posting.
• Assist internal communication initiatives to boost employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design; basic graphic‑design skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Experience using social‑media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Basic graphic‑design capabilities.
• Photography and video‑editing skills (advantageous).
