National Service Personnel – Manufacturing & Production (2026/2027)

About the role

Africa Firm is seeking recent graduates in Engineering or Textile Design to join its manufacturing and production teams for the 2026/2027 National Service year. You will apply your academic knowledge to real‑world projects, gaining practical exposure to production operations while supporting team output.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day activities of the manufacturing and production teams.
• Apply engineering or textile design knowledge to assigned practical projects.
• Assist with production planning, monitoring, and process improvement.
• Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and data using Excel and Google Suite.
• Use relevant industry software as required by the assigned team.
• Help identify production problems and contribute analytical, workable solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and communicate progress clearly.
• Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Degree, HND, or Diploma in Engineering or Textile Design.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently with a sense of urgency.
• Passionate about the field, eager to learn, and ready to apply practical skills to real projects.
