About the role
The Operations & Admin Officer will oversee daily administrative, operational, and financial activities to ensure smooth business performance. This role supports leadership with accurate reporting, coordinates internal communication, and helps maintain high quality standards in water production.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office systems, documentation, and internal communications.
- Track production, monitor inventory, and coordinate maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support basic finance functions including accounts handling and payroll processing.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor relations, and customer service activities.
Required profile
- Degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, HR or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in water or beverage industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills for supervising teams and handling customers.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with basic accounting software.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and ability to lead implementation.
