Product Specialist - Charging and ECM Process

About the role

Normet is seeking a Product Specialist to support the Emulsion Charging Module (ECM) and charging processes across its global mining, tunnelling and construction equipment portfolio. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of ECM systems, drive continuous improvement and deliver training to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for ECM and charging processes, including electrical, mechanical and maintenance activities.
• Execute preventive maintenance, perform corrective actions, and document outcomes, root‑cause analyses and improvements.
• Conduct ECM and charging process training sessions for staff.
• Carry out risk assessments, shift reporting and incident reporting in line with SOPs.
• Monitor key performance indicators, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and communicate operational status and deviations.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping, follow safe operation practices and contribute to continuous personal and operational development.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical, mechanical and maintenance operations within industrial or mining equipment environments.
• Proven ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and to document technical findings.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident reporting and SOP compliance.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
