About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for our factory and manufacturing operations. You will partner with department managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and interview candidates for production, technical and support roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and workforce planning.
- Post job ads and leverage multiple recruitment channels to attract qualified talent.
- Arrange interviews, conduct reference checks and support onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Track recruitment targets and ensure timely hiring.
- Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
