Remote LLM Agentic Trainer (Programmer)

About the role

Turing is seeking a remote LLM Agentic Trainer with programming expertise to validate and ensure the quality of training data for agentic AI systems. You will work closely with AI researchers to create structured JSON tasks and maintain data integrity across large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Validate large‑scale training datasets and enforce strict quality standards.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to align datasets with agentic AI use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple projects.
• Contribute to documentation and best‑practice guidelines for dataset preparation and validation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any programming language for data handling and workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Expertise in handling JSON data structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality and consistency.
• Interest in or exposure to agentic AI, large language models, or NLP best practices.
