Product Matching Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for independent Product Matching Specialists to support an e‑commerce platform enrichment project. You will work remotely, applying detailed product‑matching guidelines to ensure high‑quality data across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Match new product content to existing entries or create new product pins according to project guidelines.
• Audit and update digital product information to maintain accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
• Identify, document, and flag data inconsistencies, anomalies, or edge cases.
• Provide feedback on taxonomy, tagging logic, and labeling workflows to improve overall data quality.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a quality‑first mindset.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines independently and make nuanced judgments.
• Proactive communication skills for flagging issues and asking clarifying questions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, consumer products, or QA/data‑labeling environments is preferred.

• Piece‑rate compensation: $0.15 per created pin, $0.10 per matched pin, $0.02 per dismissed pin.
• Estimated earnings of roughly $5 per hour based on efficiency.
