Retail Associate – Fashion Store

About the role

You will support the Head of Retail/Operations in delivering an engaging guest experience, handling daily operational tasks such as opening and closing the studio, filing reports, and assisting customers with their shopping needs. The role combines sales, visual merchandising, and store management in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience.
• Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks while keeping guests as top priority.
• Act as liaison between Operations, production, and studio teams.
• Support and enforce company policies consistently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and process transactions accurately.
• Achieve sales targets and manage cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, and stock levels.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, promotions, and fashion trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet team goals.

Required profile

• Graduate with a keen interest in fashion, sales, or visual merchandising.
• At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and communication skills.
