Sales Representative – Dump Trucks (Ghana)

About the role

SANY Ghana is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive the growth of its dump‑truck portfolio in the Ghanaian market. You will be responsible for expanding sales of both electric and fuel‑powered dump trucks, building strong customer relationships and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, monitor and analyse competitor and customer data, focusing on key rivals such as Sinotruk.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and distribution channels for SANY’s electric and fuel‑powered dump trucks.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers, maintaining accurate sales records and data entry in line with company standards.
• Maintain continuous follow‑up with clients to nurture long‑term business relationships.
• Assist the Chinese management team in key‑account development and strategic customer engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience selling dump trucks or heavy equipment, with an established network in the industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily business communication.
• Deep knowledge of the Ghanaian market and strong business‑development capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
