Sales Manager – Independent Retail Channels

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive growth by strengthening relationships with independent retail channels and acquiring new partners for A‑Brand consumer electronics. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and expanding the channel partner network.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for consumer electronics through independent retail channels.
  • Build, grow and manage relationships with key channel partners and accounts.
  • Onboard, train and develop new channel partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Collaborate with product and procurement teams to ensure competitive pricing and stock availability.
  • Drive joint go‑to‑market activities with the brand and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activities and customer behaviour.
  • Prepare forecasts, reports and market analysis for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong customer service and post‑sales support through internal coordination.
  • Represent the company at industry events, vendor meetings and partner conferences.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics (vendor, distributor or retailer).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver clear presentations.
  • Experience working with multiple sales channels and customer types.
  • Goal‑oriented with a strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
