Affiliate Marketer (Remote, Commission-Based)

About the role

AradBranding is seeking a results‑driven Affiliate Marketer to expand its partner network and generate high‑quality traffic, leads, and conversions. This full‑time remote position is commission‑only, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a variety of brands in the digital commerce space.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across multiple markets.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with up‑to‑date marketing assets such as links, banners, landing pages, and content.
• Monitor affiliate performance, track traffic and conversions, and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall brand strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or performance‑based digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of online marketing principles, traffic generation, and conversion optimization.
• Basic analytical skills, including the ability to work with tracking links and dashboards.
• Previous exposure to e‑commerce, digital advertising, or brand promotion is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred but not mandatory.
