Social Media Content Creator

About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will join Dougs Technologies’ marketing team in Mankessim to produce and publish engaging digital content that showcases the company’s technology products and services. Working on‑site, you will collaborate closely with sales, technical and support teams to ensure the brand’s voice is consistent across all social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
• Capture product photos and short‑form videos in‑store and edit them for online use.
• Design simple graphics or coordinate with designers using tools such as Adobe Illustrator.
• Maintain a content calendar and align posts with promotions, new arrivals and ICT solutions.
• Monitor comments and messages, responding professionally and escalating issues when needed.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and suggest improvements based on trends.

Required profile

• Strong written communication with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
• Interest or familiarity with computers, smartphones, accessories and related ICT services.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mankessim and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude and good teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Basic graphic design and visual content creation using Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
• Experience creating and editing short‑form video content.
• Proficient use of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) and their analytics.
