AI-Focused Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑focused software developer to turn business ideas into functional products. You will build web and mobile applications, integrate large‑language‑model capabilities, and help shape the technical direction of multiple funded projects.

Key responsibilities

• Translate concepts into technical specifications and working software.
• Develop and maintain web applications, mobile apps, and custom software.
• Integrate AI/LLM features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and data analysis tools using APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Design clean, scalable architecture and manage databases, backend infrastructure, and cloud deployments.
• Produce MVPs quickly, iterate based on feedback, and advise on feasibility, cost, and timelines.
• Occasionally coordinate freelance developers or designers as projects scale.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js or equivalents).
• Portfolio or GitHub showing full products shipped, not just coursework.
• Fluency with AI development tools, AI APIs and prompt engineering.
• Experience building both web and mobile applications (React Native or Flutter).
• Comfort with databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control (Git).
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and communicate progress clearly.
