Architect – Full‑time, On‑site in Tema

About the role

Lusso F&F is seeking a qualified Architect to join its team in Tema, Ghana. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on creating innovative architectural solutions for residential, commercial and hospitality projects across West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, blueprints and project documentation using CAD software.
• Collaborate with interior designers and the production team throughout design and construction phases.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address design issues and coordinate with contractors.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Professional licensure or active pursuit of registration is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Lumion.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
