About the role
We are looking for an Associate to support the identification of new investment opportunities and the monitoring of existing portfolio companies. The role blends legal research, contract management, and financial analysis to help drive our investment strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyse relevant legal issues.
- Draft, review and prepare contracts.
- Participate in the preparation of financial reports.
- Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies.
- Assist in financial planning and the development of financial models.
- Carry out industry and market research to support investment decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognised institution.
- Called to the Bar and licensed to practise law in Ghana.
- 0‑3 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
