BM Marketing Executive

About the role

The Building Materials Marketing Executive will drive showroom performance and market visibility for the Twyford, Micasso and Frencia brands. Working closely with sales, shop guiders and product teams, the role ensures that brand standards are upheld and that new product launches are showcased effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly showroom checking plans for all BM brands.
• Collect and approve spot‑check reports from salesmen, shop guiders and showroom managers.
• Train staff on showroom standards, customer engagement and display guidelines; review performance in monthly meetings.
• Prepare and analyse showroom performance summaries and manage sales incentive policies.
• Coordinate with product teams to obtain launch images, materials and updates.
• Ensure new products are prominently displayed in key showroom locations.
• Manage marketing materials, display assets and showroom inventory to meet brand requirements.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on showroom checks, product launches and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, sales or showroom management, preferably in building materials or FMCG.
• Strong planning, communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
