About the role
We are seeking a Business and Customer Operations Lead to oversee our operations in Ghana under the VASP regulatory framework. You will work closely with the General Manager, Africa and global teams to drive customer acquisition, manage high‑value relationships and ensure compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee company operations in Ghana, ensuring compliance with VASP regulations.
- Develop and execute customer engagement and acquisition strategies with the General Manager, Africa and global stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with high‑value customers, banks, payment partners and other key stakeholders.
- Design and implement innovative operational strategies to improve standards and drive business growth.
- Analyze customer insights to identify initiatives that increase revenue and market share.
- Support marketing, community outreach and operational initiatives in Ghana.
- Participate in new product and service development to ensure product‑market fit.
- Maintain active dialogue with the digital‑asset industry and Ghanaian community.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager, Africa.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience leading regulated operations, business development or account management in the Ghanaian market.
- Proven track record in the digital‑asset or regulated financial industry.
- Ability to manage and scale a team.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility to work a full‑time schedule coordinating with global stakeholders.
