Campus Coordinator (Part-Time, Performance-Based)

About the role

Skills Bridge Academy is seeking energetic university students to act as Campus Coordinators across tertiary institutions in Ghana. This part‑time, performance‑based position allows you to develop leadership, sales and project‑management skills while earning unlimited income.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise Campus Registration Officers.
• Lead student recruitment and awareness campaigns on your campus.
• Build relationships with student representative councils, departmental associations and class representatives.
• Organise campus activations, promotional events and other outreach activities.
• Support student engagement, monitor team performance and report results.
• Represent Skills Bridge Academy and promote its courses and services.

Required profile

• Active student at a recognised tertiary institution in Ghana.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
• Experience in student leadership, sales, marketing or volunteering is an advantage.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required.
