Campus Growth & Performance Officer

About the role

The Campus Growth & Performance Officer will lead the expansion of Skills Bridge Academy’s campus network across tertiary institutions in Ghana. This role combines recruitment, team management, and data‑driven strategy to boost student acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Campus Coordinators across tertiary institutions in Ghana.
• Support Campus Coordinators in hiring and managing Campus Registration Officers.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance of campus teams.
• Track student registrations, active learners, engagement and retention metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and learner growth.
• Identify under‑performing teams and execute performance‑improvement plans.
• Coordinate student recruitment and campus activation campaigns.
• Build relationships with student leaders, associations and other campus stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
• Test new approaches to increase student acquisition and subscription growth.
• Provide ongoing training, motivation and support to Campus Coordinators and Registration Officers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, operations, recruitment or team management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Highly organized, analytical and target‑driven.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working with performance targets, data and KPIs.
