About the role
We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our manufacturing facility in Takoradi. You will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and pallets that support our production lines. This role offers a hands‑on environment where safety and quality are paramount.
Key responsibilities
- Construct and repair pallets and wooden structures used in the factory.
- Perform routine maintenance on wooden fixtures and workstations.
- Read and interpret basic drawings or written instructions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Assist in setting up workstations and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Required profile
- JHS or SHS certificate.
- Prior experience as a carpenter in an industrial setting.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Basic understanding of English.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet.
