Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Full‑Time

About the role

Stargrowth Management Partners is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and risk management. The CFO will ensure robust financial planning, safeguard assets, and drive sustainable growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Conduct risk management by analysing liabilities, investments, and cash‑flow liquidity.
• Formulate investment strategies while balancing cash and liquidity risks.
• Control and evaluate fundraising plans and capital structure.
• Ensure appropriate cash flow for daily operations.
• Supervise finance personnel, including controllers and treasurers.
• Manage vendor relationships and financial reporting.
• Implement and maintain the finance IT system.
• Guarantee compliance with legal and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer, or in a comparable senior finance role.
• In‑depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk‑management practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• CPA qualification is a strong advantage.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field; MSc/MBA is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using financial management software such as SAP.
• Data analysis and forecasting methods.
