Chinese Translation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Chinese Translation Specialist to bridge communication between our Chinese engineering team and local staff in Ghana. The role involves accurate translation of business and legal documents and real‑time interpretation during meetings and training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between Chinese engineering staff and local personnel.
• Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate for business and legal contexts.
• Provide real‑time interpretation during meetings, interviews, and training sessions when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a professional translator or interpreter (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in translation tools/software is an advantage.
